These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and fbc88 ("fbc88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the fbc88 online betting and casino platform accessible at fbc88.cc and any related mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement. The fbc88 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or use any service on fbc88. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. fbc88 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any funds remaining in an account closed for age-verification failure will be handled in accordance with applicable fraud-prevention procedures.

2.2 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered account on fbc88. Operating more than one account — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances linked to the duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and must keep your account details updated at all times. fbc88 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect payment account details.

2.4 Jurisdiction. fbc88 is an offshore platform. Members are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using fbc88 is lawful in their jurisdiction. fbc88 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legally accessible in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction. By registering and using the Platform, you accept full and sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on fbc88:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, officers, directors, or agents of fbc88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• Immediate family members of any fbc88 employee or contractor.
• Individuals who have previously had an account closed by fbc88 for breach of these Terms.
• Individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order placed through their fbc88 account settings.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbc88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fbc88 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated the activity.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify fbc88 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to or use of your account. fbc88 will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to such reports, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member's own negligence — including failure to safeguard credentials — materially contributed to the breach.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). fbc88 may require you to complete identity and payment verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or when required by internal risk procedures. Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or other document confirming identity and age, along with confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified in fbc88's request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fbc88 reserves the right to levy an administrative maintenance charge of ৳100 per month on dormant accounts after the twelve-month threshold has been reached. The Member will be notified by email or in-platform notification before any dormancy charge is applied. Charges will cease and normal account operation will resume immediately upon the Member logging in.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fbc88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. fbc88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected Members.

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The maximum single deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is subject to the transaction limits imposed by the relevant payment provider. fbc88 may also impose individual account-level deposit limits based on internal risk assessment. Members may request deposit limit adjustments through account settings or by contacting support.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during scheduled system maintenance, or where a withdrawal triggers additional KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless fbc88's support team has approved an alternative in writing.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the Member's fbc88 wallet balance.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. fbc88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the Member. Failure to provide requested documents within five (5) business days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Member's fbc88 wallet.

4.6 Chargebacks. Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a deposit transaction initiated by the Member or their payment provider constitutes a breach of these Terms. fbc88 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze the balance, and recover the disputed amount from any winnings or remaining balance. Legal action may be pursued where the chargeback amount or associated losses are material.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by fbc88 are subject to these Terms and to any additional terms specified in the relevant promotion communication. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's stated terms, the specific promotion terms shall govern for the subject matter of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the total bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires a total wagering volume of ৳20,000 before any funds derived from or credited alongside that bonus may be withdrawn.

5.3 Eligible Markets. Wagering requirements on sports betting bonuses are met by placing bets at minimum odds of 1.50 on any available sportsbook market. Bets placed at odds below 1.50, bets on markets that are subsequently voided, and bets made using existing bonus funds to wager against another position in the same account do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire fourteen (14) days from the date the bonus is credited to the Member's account unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without replacement.

5.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion entitles each Member to one (1) bonus claim only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through multiple accounts, referral of connected individuals, or other means — constitute prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.

5.6 Right to Withdraw or Modify. fbc88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion prior to such withdrawal or modification will continue to benefit from the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, provided no fraudulent activity is associated with the claim.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by fbc88. fbc88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet concerns a market that has been suspended; where the stated odds reflect a manifest error; where fbc88 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the relevant event; or where the Member's account is under review.

6.2 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published as the result of a manifest error (including typographical error, technical fault, or data feed failure), fbc88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's account balance. fbc88 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from manifest errors.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's account in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond twenty-four (24) hours; the result of the specific market cannot be determined; the event is found to have been subject to match-fixing or other corruption affecting the outcome; or the bet was placed on a market that was published in error.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time data feed. fbc88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of in-play markets. Delays between events occurring and odds updates are a known characteristic of live sports data; fbc88 is not liable for bets placed during such delays provided the delay does not constitute a manifest error.

6.5 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for BPL fixtures). 10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbc88 shall not be liable to any Member for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — including losses arising from betting outcomes, game results, service interruptions, or data loss.

10.3 fbc88's total aggregate liability to any Member for direct damages arising from any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member to fbc88 in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes fbc88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

fbc88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering on fbc88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fbc88 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 14.1 Termination by fbc88. fbc88 may suspend or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or legal obligation to do so. Where an account is closed due to proven fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

14.2 Voluntary Closure. Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fbc88 support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms. Once processed, the verified balance will be returned to the Member's designated payment method. Self-exclusion closures are subject to the specific conditions described in Section 12.

15.5 Language. These Terms are published and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal effect, and in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
